1. H Shaped
The square or “H”-shaped bum is equal in size from the waist to the hips and flat on both sides. This creates a sort of flat appearance, or in essence the picture of a square. Typically, these butts are found in more muscular individuals. However, this can make your derriere look flat. The extra fat could be anywhere from the high hip bones or the love handle region. You have to squat more to achieve the curve you desire.
2 O Shaped
It resembles a globe and usually complements a slender/ slim body. The fats stored in the upper part of your gluteus maximus was the reason why you have a perky appearance at your rear. The round or “O”-shaped bum simply means that there is more fat storage in your butt so it’s pretty easy to get that curved shape with a few glute-strengthening moves.
3. Heart-Shaped Bum
Third kind of butt has a smaller top and flared large bottom at the top of the thighs. Sometimes referred to as the Oval Shape, because of the relation between a smaller waist and bigger hips. This can mean more fat is stored in the upper thighs. While this type of bum is one of the more coveted ones, as women age and lose estrogen, the fat that’s stored around the glutes slowly but surely moves to the mid-section.
This type of butt is fuller at the hips and top of the butt, then slowly narrows in shape. The contrast between the small waist and the larger butt, gives the appearance of the “V”. This is commonly seen in older women once they’ve started losing estrogen. As with the heart shape, the fat storage that used to be in the bum has moved to the abdomen or mid-section. Without hard work, this bum can be prone to sagging. - See more at: http://www.danified.com/2015/09/butt-shape-health-signs.html#sthash.Z0gH0ZDR.EBKlKjzy.dpuf
